We are very pleased to offer our 2nd luxury lodge on the 3rd lake at Sapphire Lakes in Nottinghamshire.
 
Graham’s lodge is located in its own private fenced grounds offering lakeside views, a custom built swim included with the hire. it also comes with a hot tub, outdoor seating area, sun lounges, pizza oven and secluded patio area.

The kitchen has everything you need including Air Fryer, Microwave, 4 Hobs, oven and Fridge Freezer
 
Whether your a seasoned coarse angler or just looking for that relaxing break Graham’s lodge ticks all the boxes.

Fishing

The lake offers excellent fishing with an impressive stock of carp up to mid 30’s.

Tench, Bream, Crucian, Perch and Silvers are also present to compliment the water.

The lake suits general carp fishing with the lake split exclusively between the 2 Lodges.

Holiday Home

The lodge offers 1 bedrooms, Including a double bed ideal for a couple or single person.
 
You will find a cosy environment with a smart tv and a bathroom and all the essentials you need.
 
Bedding is provided, but you will need to bring towels.

With an abundance of local heritage, we are within a short distance to Nottingham City Centre, the legendary Sherwood Forrest, Nottingham Castle, Newark Showground and the County of Lincolnshire.
