We have now opened our first 5 Touring Caravan pitches in Cromwell, Nottinghamshire
We are delighted to announce our recognition with the Caravan and Motorhome Club and we are now taking bookings.
We offer 5 hardstanding bays set across our beautiful lakes, surrounded by stunning countryside and peaceful water views.

Lake 1 – Bays 1 & 2
Perfect for anglers and those who love being close to the water.
Location: Lakeside, with 7 fishing swims directly outside the accommodation.
Fishing: Excellent sport with carp, tench, and bream up to 20lb – a truly mixed fishery suitable for
all abilities.
Facilities:
• Short walk to toilets, showers, and facilities building
• Caravaning essentials available on-site
• WiFi access
Rates:
• £20 per night (2 guests)
• Extra guests: £2.50 per person, per night
• Fishing tickets for Lake 1 to be booked separately
• Lake 2 specimen carp tickets also available (24-hour sessions only
Lake 3 – Bays 3, 4 & 5
Ideal for those seeking peace, space, and countryside views.
Location: Elevated position at the top of the site with beautiful lake and farmland views.
Features: Fresh water supply, BBQ, and pagoda area.
Facilities: Toilets, showers, and main services are a short walk or drive away.
Fishing: No fishing directly from these bays, but discounted access to Lakes 1 and 2 is available.

Fishing at Sapphire Lakes
Lake 1 – Coarse & Pleasure Fishing
A well-stocked 1.5 acre lake with mixed species up to 20lb — ideal for a relaxed fishing experience.
• Day Ticket: £7.50 (discounted rate for Caravan & Motorhome guests)
• 3-Day Pass (2 rods): £15
• 7-Day Pass (2 rods): £30
Lake 2 – Specimen Carp Lake
A dedicated specimen 4.5 acre lake with 200+ carp, including multiple fish over 30lb.
• Pre-booking essential (highly recommended)
• Minimum stay: 24 hours
• Rate: £25 per 24 hours (up to 3 rods
Lake 3 – Private Lake
This lake is reserved exclusively for on-site holiday accommodation guests.
