Lakeside Holiday Lodge

We are pleased to announce we have now opened our second holiday lodge. This will be located on lake 3 (formerly Graces lake). You will have over 3 acres of private lake to yourselves, with a comfortable double swim located at the lodge.

Lake 3 has depths that vary on this lake from 2 – 3 feet in the margins to 12-13ft towards the centre of the lake. Lake 3 is stocked with approximately 250 carp, with the average stamp now at 18 – 22 lbs. With a couple over the 30lb barrier.

If you book the Lodge you will have the lake exclusively to yourselves.

Fishing

Approximately 250+ carp, with the average catch weight now at 18 – 22 lbs. With a few fish over the 30lb barrier.

The lake has an abundance of features where the carp like to hide including margins and under the trees, under the Willow tree and there is a deep bowl where the carp are often caught.

Holiday Home

The lodge offers 2 bedrooms, 1 double and 2 singles ideal for families or 2 couples.
 
You will find a cosy environment with 3 smart tvs, 2 bathrooms and all the essentials you need.
 
Bedding is provided, but you will need to bring towels.

With an abundance of local heritage, we are within a short distance to Nottingham City Centre, the legendary Sherwood Forrest, Nottingham Castle, Newark Showground and the County of Lincolnshire.

Lakeside Holiday Lodge

This is a brand new lodge, the lodge is a Victory Baywood Leisure Home consisting of 2 bedrooms. Sleeping 4 people.

Fishing is included in the price for 2 anglers, the lodge will be completed to a high standard with all the mod cons including 2 TVs with Netflix and Prime TV Channels, Starlink WiFi, Air fryer, Fridge Freezer, Cooker, Kettle and Toaster and much more.

On the outside, there is a balcony and patio area with outdoor seating, Hot Tub, BBQ and let’s not forget the large double swim with all landing equipment provided.
