Lake 1 rules

• Fishing 8:00am – 20:00 pm.
• Barbless hooks only max size 8.
• Minimum 8lb line.
• No fixed rigs.
• No keepnets or retaining of any fish.
• No dog biscuits, floating pellets allowed.
• No particle baits.
• 2 rods maximum.
• Night fishing to be booked in advance.

Lake 2 and 3 rules

• Minimum stay 24 hours tickets runs 11:00am – 10:30am.
• Barbless hooks only. Size 4 maximum.
• Minimum 12lb mainline to be used. Preferably 0.35 or similar.
• No fixed rigs, leads must be able to eject in the event of a tether or a crack off.
• No braided mainline or shock leaders (Braided hook lengths allowed).
• Random rig checks please do not be offended if you are asked.
• Rods must not be left unattended at ANYTIME.
• Maximum 3 rod limit.
• Boilie and pellet only.
• Maggots can be used from 1st November through till 14th of March. To be used sensibly or not at all.
• No OMC magic twigs/Wands.
• Safe zone style leaders, lead free leaders and rig tubing fine. Maximum 1 meter in length.
• No dead/live baiting or spinning.
• Bait Boats to be used sensibly in your water.
• Only one non-fishing guest per angler, this must be booked prior to your arrival.

Site Rules 

• You must be in possession of a valid relevant EA fishing license.
• Fish care is paramount. You MUST be in possession of a carp care kit. Propolis is preferred.
• Fish to be retained in a sling/landing net no longer than 15 minutes prior to weighing and photographing.
• Keep all damaged or sick fish and report immediately to the manager or bailiff.
• Please drive slowly on our lane and through the gates out of respect and safety for other users – 5 mph limit. There will be people walking about the site and the track onto the site.
• Swims are to be left tidy and free of litter. Either leave it in the bins provided or take it home. Cigarettes to be put in pots and distinguished.
• The lake will be shut in the event of spawning. This will be monitored by the bailiffs. Length of closure may vary depending on spawning and fish safety. Notifications will be made via social media.
• Dog on leads at all times (1 per angler).
• All bbq’s must be off the ground, no fires.
• Alcohol is to be used sensibly and in moderation. Any bad behavior caused by this will result in a ban.
• No drugs to be taken on site.
• No tents allowed.
• No swimming.
• No bivvy sharing except for double swims and special circumstances. Please discuss this before your visit.
• No antisocial behaviour.
• The owners accept no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury or theft whilst on the premises.
• No under 16s without an adult 1 child per adult, you must be 14+ to fish, younger guests welcome to spectate.
• No refunds. We will work with you to move your booking to an alternative date only if more than 7 days notice is provided. Any requests for amendments with less than 7 days notice cannot be accommodated.
• All fish to be returned into the lake, anyone who does not return fish to the lake will have legal consequences. The police will be contacted.

All landing equipment provided onsite on all lakes.
